SWOT Analysis
Strengths

The company has partnered up with several hotels around the city of Durban for the accommodation of schools that come to the city for educational tours which makes it easy and efficient through booking accommodation process. We have staff that is highly passionate about great client service that make sure that all of the requests and bookings of all clients are noted and booked accordingly.

Weaknesses

Having listed the strengths above, the company does still need more accommodation partnerships around the city and also look in more entertainment options to offer to schools.

Formalities and Registration

The company is registered as a Private Company: the registration number is 2015/001218/07. We are also registered under the Central Supplier Database (CSD). We also possess a tax compliance certificate.

Management

The company has two directors, Ms Ayabonga Thembeka Shezi and Duduzile Agrineth Shezi, who are also directors of other companies amongst MSDS Tours. They are well versed in business fraternity and are goal driven. The company is run through the year to ensure early booking for clients and payments made on time, however, the real work only takes place when the schools finally come to the city of Durban which is seasonal times.
